In June 2017 we had a quick-fire trip around the north of Ireland (chasing Jane’s family tree and visiting where she went on holidays when young and with the Giant’s Causeway thrown in on top), Wiltshire, Cumbria, Essex, Kent and Sussex – not necessarily in that order – to visit friends and relations and to see my parents’ memorial plaque in Brabourne. Photos also include Dunluce Castle, Sissinghurst and Bateman’s (Rudyard Kipling’s house)
